Our management division’s vertical integration with Lloyd Jones ensures alignment through the entire investment process from acquisition to disposition. We are working toward the same, defined investment goals.

Training

We are committed to being the best-trained team in the industry through a rigorous online and in-person training program, so that the highest level of service can be rendered to our managed properties. We actively encourage our employees to elevate their careers and earn certifications through the National Apartment Association Education Institute and through our partnership with Valencia College.

Marketing

Our in-house marketing department empowers and supports the onsite teams with all the tools they need to connect and engage with residents and future residents, including lead generation, compelling social media content, advertising promotions to assist with leasing efforts, and showcasing team volunteer efforts through our Lloyd Jones Living program.

Human resources

To ensure that our onsite teams are the best and most qualified property management professionals, we help each property attract, retain, and develop employees and provide a comprehensive onboarding process for every new hire.

Accounting

Each property has a dedicated accounting professional, and Yardi, our integrated multifamily property management platform, delivers the technology to streamline operations so the onsite staff can focus on providing the best possible experience to the residents.
